Deliveries -
Track is a bit of a mess to ship, given its long thin format
and the fact that we have had to have special boxes made to ship
flexi track we cant combine track with orders for other items.
The shipping charges will apply like this
|
Minimum Order for track. |
For
track and rail supplied in yard lengths there is a
minimum order value of £18 excluding shipping.
This
does not apply to turnouts and other accessories. |

Flexi track -
|
Postage will be £4.50 over and above shipping for
other items ordered. This charge cannot be combined
with other items

|
Postage is our standard £4.50 per order and this can

All our PSC track in both Code 83 &
Code 100 is now sold out and we don't intend to stock it any
more. The PSC moulds are worn and the track bases need a lot of
cleaning up before use. Also with no matching turnouts its use
is limited. In our opinion the new San Juan 0n3 track is the
best to use. |

Blue Point Turnout Controllers |

Want a really neat way to work manual
turnouts from underneath? This neat unit works with the
spring wire like many of the stall motor electric turnout
motor but provides the same positive locking and a double
pole double throw switch for switching the frog and other
electrical connections with manual operation.

Shipping of track explained |

Originally I
wasn't going to sell the track by mail order and only do it at
shows as its horrible stuff to pack and post to ensure it gets
to you without getting bent. |
|

I have relented
due to customer pressure but to do it sensibly I've had to have
some boxes made and there are some mailing restrictions for
shipping it with the post office that basically mean I have to
ship a yard long track box separately from any other items. |
|
|
As a result
shipping of track has these conditions attached |

Order value of £18 excluding shipping |
Basically
you have to buy several lengths of track to make it
worthwhile packing a special box and shipping it to you.
If you want a single yard length see us at a show or go
to your local model shop.

Shipping Charge |
Track in
Yard lengths costs £4.50 to ship and this is a separate
shipping charge to any other applied to your order. For
example

order 8 lengths of Peco track the shipping charge is
£4.50

You
order some turnouts, a Bachmann freight car, some
dullcote and other goodies the shipping charge is
£4.50
-
You
order 8 lengths of track and a bunch of other
goodies then the shipping charge is £9 as it will
come to you on two shipments each attracting a
shipping charge.

| What will
I see on the shopping cart? |
The
shopping cart will only show one charge of £4.50 as its
not clever enough to add the second. The second will be
added to your order manually at the time your card is
charged
|
