Well, here it is, the three components the will
make up the "Station Scene Kit". All three of the following will be
included in the kit. Take note of the shingle roof. The roof comes as a
three piece casting. The main roof is cast in two piece, while the roof
over the ticket window is one solid casting. The shingle detail is
amazing. The chimney base is cast into the roof and the chimney is a
separate casting. The underside is as detailed as the top. The fancy
rafters ends are all cast in as is the individual roof boards. The end
trim, at both ends and the ticket window are one piece castings. Bottom
line is, in a matter of minutes you can have a shingled roof detailed
like never before
Remember now, your getting all three kits in one
package along with all the detail parts, a CD containing 100's of full
color how-to pictures, plans , instructions, signs and posters, even the
fence you see in the diorama. In fact each kit even comes with a bottle
of Dr. Mike's glue.
The
footprint of the Station is
11-3/4"
x 5"
The footprint of the Work Shed is is
7-1/2" x 3" With the roof being a one piece casting, this is
another "easy to build" structure.
The footprint of the outhouse/coal shed
is 5" x 2-1/2" Gotta have an out house at the station, right?
This is the diorama that will be on display at the NG Convention
in Colorado Springs. This diorama is only 12" x 18".
After the show it will be set into Rogers layout..
