Ordering items against a future production makes the ordering a bit unusual so there are some things you need to know. Take these on board and ordering these models will be easy.

MMI delivery dates are  a guide only. Inevitably these dates change as they are being forecast some way into the future. We get an update quarterly and update the dates on these pages then. Delivery to the UK will be a month or so after they arrive in the USA due to the time it takes to freight them over to the UK

• When a project is announced it has an initial target date, often not more refined than  a suggested year. This is partly to sound out interest in the project.
• Delivery Dates change. If a newly announced project proves to be popular it may move up the production order pushing others further into the future. This has happened with the 4-4-0 which was only recently announced but has moved up to 2007 production.
• As the current project slips then it also tends to push the others back. For example with the C19 arriving in October will push the K36 to at least April of 2008 instead of December 2007
