Introduction

Hello, we're back from New Zealand. We had a great time and its been mad since we got back. Already there is quite a bit of news to report so here goes.

We still haven't fully got going again yet as there are many more things that need doing than there is time for but we are trying to catch up as well as progress many new projects, install our new machinery and figure out how to work it.

NEW Ready to Run From San Juan Models

	San Juan have added new versions of their C16 in ready to run form. These will be available for both 0n3 & 0n30 but in very limited numbers Available for 0n3 & 0n30 £350

Lynton & Barnstaple Railway - 2-6-2t Locomotives

The work trip to New Zealand has delayed progress with the L&B engines but work is now progressing and there are bits of chassis all over my work bench. Its going to take a little longer but its now looking like the engine will have a sprung chassis but as its the first time i have designed one with wire springing its taking a little longer to get right.

The special offer on pricing is nearly over. I set a limit on the number of kits to be offered at the introductory rate and they're nearly all spoken for.

	NEWS FROM BOULDER VALLEY
There is not so great news from Boulder Valley. Due to growing commitments with family issues BVM are withdrawing from supplying most sales to dealers. EDM models have come to an arrangement to keep limited supplies available but inevitably supplies will be delayed, limited and accompanied by a price increase.
	New from Boulder Valley are these superb log cars. Given the note above grab them while you can. I have five packs on their way from the USA

These two kits have just arrived from Mount Blue along with restocks of the other Cabeese from this manufacturer. If you want one i suggest you move quickly as there are only limited quantities and I doubt they will last past EXPONG next weekend.


		We now have two versions of the flat car in stock. Road numbers #7123 #7132
		30 foot Log Cars are now in stock

I am sorry to say the supply of these engines has been a bit of an embarrassing farce with delay upon delay.

Firstly, it was production difficulties with the motor, then a missed slot in the Kader production line followed by more motor supply woes. They arrived at the Blackstone Offices in mid August. Since then they have been working through them fitting the sound boards.

When I spoke to them a week ago all bar two of my ordered models were done and they were about to send them off to my third party in the US who will forward them to me.

Many are now sold out at the factory but I can still get the others and now they actually exist they shouldn't be long coming.

All the reviews say they are fantastic and well worth waiting for. I have a #463 as shown to the left available here and now due to a cancelled order - phone if you are interested.

All the box cars and stock cars are sold out even though they haven't been delivered yet {I have no spares}

Coming soon is the latest of the 0n30 Annual for 2008

Since last year there has been a change of publisher but the editor remains the same. These are due out soon and we'll have them as soon as they are available

TRACK NEWS

Micro Engineering

We currently have their 0n30 flextrack in stock in codes 70, 83 & 100 and the H0n3 in code 55 & 70. We have H0n3 turnouts in stock and the separate rail for both scales in stock too.

Track

We have plenty of the On30 track in stock as I write this but if EXPONG last year is anything to go by it wont last past next weekend.

Once any loose lengths of ME track are sold we will only be selling it in packs of six as they come to us from ME. Sorry if this is a problem to you but quite simply it comes in three codes of rail that are hard to tell apart at a show and splitting them tends to loose the label

Turnouts

We have a few of these left that wont last past the EXPONG. More are on order, but when I phoned them they were out of stock and waiting on castings for the frogs from an outside supplier. There excuse was, "they've been really popular". I fought back the urge to say, "no sh*t sherlock!"

This show is one of our busiest and this year we have a 24 foot stand. If you want to be sure of getting all you want get to us early. We barely get to pause for breath before about 2pm so if you want a chat come later in the day. If you want both, stay all day!
