I have been talking to my casting man re the spec for the CAD for the door handles and he says this is the spec for the drawing he needs

Binary STL

Resolution 0.001 minimum, could be 0.0001

Scaled to exact size for the finished article   [UK O scale   7mm/foot  1:43.5]

Send the scaled file or it will be huge

these will be bordering on minumum size for one of their processes so he wants to see the image for one of each before suggesting they are cast singly or on sprues of four or five.

I have taken a bunch of photos of the handles but on some the shadow created by the flash is a pain. The grid they are taken against is 10mm sqaures if you need to scale anything.

Notes

The more modern handle on the left above is all curves in every direction. it should have a doorplate I but couldnt find one to borrow. Improvise something similar [same as] the one on the older style handle

The door plate should be in line with the handle not twisted as shown for measuring [unless some bonkers modeller want to model the doors open]

The white streak on the old handle is some mastic that refuses to come off but doesnt need modelling

The square shaft which on the real thing operates the inner handle can be round and will act as the sprue.
