Saturday November 20th was the annual
7mm NGA Bradford members day. About 40 people showed up and all had a good day

A display of model boats and other models Santa [aka Phil Traxson] gets a day off from the grotto to demonstrate some resin casting The West Yorkshire mafia had several sections of their modular layout together, much of it for the fist time One end of the module layout finished at a wharehouse The factory had its own engine shed with a narrower gauge line in the backgoround The narrower gauge line had its own miniature engine The factory building is the subject of a restoration appeal Two pasenger trains made up of rail cars pass at the half way loop Another view of the railcars The other end of the modules has another loco shed The workings of the Port Wynnstay resin foundry EDM models [me] had a DCC demo layout for people to play with and a programming station set up as a demo using DecoderPro A modified Shay on the layout The Port Wynnstay trade stand was present goodies for sale A turnout and track building demo went on for most of the day There was a display of one members loco's A scratchbuilt 0-4-4-0 Garratt A Snowdon Mountain railway rack engine A model of the Welsh Highland Railways Funkey Bo-Bo diesel The 7mm NGA sales stand made an outing from the lake district Frank Sharp geve a demonstration of a variety of soldering techniques complete with hands on experience EDM models had a range of ready to run and kits available for sale The demo models for the EDM models bogie tender kits were available to view OK, so there is no shed, but if there were it would be where these engines are resting A sound fitted and modified Shay demonstrated what some PSC/EDM/Backwoods Miniatures and AMB parts can do A side view of the modified shay #2 has the PSC parts and an AMB galzing kit on the original cab. #5 has a part done Banta cab in place
