Placing an Order By Credit Card on line

This site now features on line ordering for credit card sales. When you click the "buy now" buttons the your items will be added to the shopping cart. When you have all the items you want in the shopping cart click the "go to payments" button and enter the details of your card. When you click the "continue" button a secure, safe and encrypted e-mail with all the details will be sent to us here.

Processing of Credit Card

We now use Hand-e-pay for our card payments

The shopping cart transfers your details securely to us and no money is deducted from your account until we physically process your order

CHEQUES

Sorry, but with the withdrawal of the cheque guarantee scheme and the general run down in the use of cheques we no longer accept cheques as payment.

If you don't want to buy online then please call us and we can take card details over the phone.

I am sorry if this inconveniences you but this is a result if the banks putting all the risk on to us and whilst we could hold goods until the cheque has cleared this creates an administrative burden we just don't have the resources to deal with.

Actually Paying - Please Read

Usually we don't charge your card or cash your cheque until we ship the goods.

Once we have your order we will start to assemble the order. With many of the items being made to order we keep your details safe and process it as the order is ready to ship.

However, there are some exceptions detailed below: -

#Special Orders

If we are ordering an item in for you that we might not normally keep in stock or is being made especially for your order we reserve the right to charge your card or cash your cheque. This includes items from the Port Wynnstay range as these are made to order.

#Cheque

Since May 2011 when the banks made accepting cheques a whole lot riskier for businesses we have reluctanlty had to make the decision to no longer accept cheques.

#Card

We won't charge your card until your order is packed.

There are exceptions to this such as when we order items directly for you from the USA or made to order items as detailed above.
