Custom Payment Form

This hidden page has been created to hold custom payment buttons to allow specific customers to make online secure payments for goods ordered that aren't on the main ordering pages.

Typically these custom payments are created for the purchaser and stay here until they've been used or for about a week after an e-mail is sent to the customer
